Camping Rates for Copake Camping Resort
As part of the conversion process to KOA our campsite and lodging rates are now based on two adults with extra person charges for additional adults and children.
Our typical rates range from $40 to $57 dollars per night for campsites prior to KOA value card discount.
Our Lodging rates range from $90 to $135 per night prior to KOA value card discount.

Policies for Copake Camping Resort
Check In
Check In Time 2 PM until 8 PMCheck Out Time 12 PM.
Please re-register before 11 am if staying an extra day.
Guest Passes
Please register and pay camping or visitor fees before entering campground.Guests:
Campers may have guests. However they must register at the office and pay any applicable guest fee. Guests who visit you for less than a half an hour will have their guest fee refunded. Guests are not permitted to bring pets.
Campsites may have a maximum of six people staying overnight.
Campsite Policies
Car Pass:All vehicles must display car pass. Two vehicles are permitted per site. All additional vehicles must be parked in our overflow parking area.
One Camping Unit:
One RV or tent per site. If you have an additional tent etc, you will be charged an extra site fee.
Speed:
Speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Please watch for the little ones.
Pets:
Pets are welcome. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. You are responsible for the cleanup of your pet's waste. No more than two pets per site. Pets must sleep in your camping unit at night. Do not leave your pet unattended at anytime. No pets in buildings, pool area, or playground. Pets are not permitted in rental units. Owners must bring proof of rabies shots for dogs. Barking dogs are not welcome. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Please ask if unsure. Visitors are not permitted to bring pets into the park.

Camping courtesy in effect 24 hours. No playing of loud music at anytime.Children:
Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Children under 14 must wear a bicycle helmet when riding their bikes. This is a New York State Law. No Exceptions. Bicycles must be at campsite by dusk. No night riding. Please accompany children under age 10 to the bathroom.
Campground Policies
Pool:No Children under 16 in the pool area without an adult. You must accompany your children. There must be two adults in the pool area at all times. We do not have a life guard. You are swimming at your own risk. Pool Policies are posted at the pool and listed on the swimming pool waiver. The pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend.
Pool Hours 11AM to 7PM.
Attractions:
Information and Directions are available in the office for area attractions.
Golf Carts:
Only seasonal campers are permitted to have golf carts. Golf carts may only be driven by licensed drivers.
Motorcycles:
Motorcyclists are welcome in the park. Please do not ride your motorcycles in the park except for entering or leaving.
Campsite:
Do not move fire rings. Fires are permitted in rings only. Clotheslines are not permitted on campsites. We do not allow the washing of vehicles or campers. Garbage is not picked up at sites. Garbage dumpsters are located at the front of the park near the exit road. Campground waste only. No household trash permitted. Do not cut or deface any trees on the property. Firewood is for sale at the store. No outside firewood is permitted due to NY DEC restrictions in place to prevent the spread of certain tree diseases. Please do not cut through other campsites. Stay on roads.
Improper behavior:
For the protection of campers and guests. Anyone who willfully or negligently destroys or defaces the property of another camper or park property will be held liable for the full value of replacement cost and may be subject to eviction. No firearms, B.B. Guns, Bow and Arrows, Air Guns, fireworks or anything else that is not in keeping with a family environment is permitted. No foul language, drunkenness or improper behavior will be tolerated.
Sewage:
A sewer donut is required around your sewer hose at the point of connection to the sewer pipe. Your sewer hose must be sloped from your trailers sewer connection to the park sewer hookup to prevent any clogging or spillage on the ground.
Messages:
If you expect messages, please check in the office to see if it has been received. Only emergency messages will be delivered to campsites. All other messages will be posted on the message board in the office.
We reserve the right to evict anyone violating the policies of good camping, destroying property, or creating a disturbance without a refund. This is a privately owned property, we reserve the right to select our clientele and visitors and we will not be responsible for accidents to guests or visitors, or loss of valuables of any kind. Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds given due to the discomfort of nature. No refunds for early departure. Only reserve the nights you wish to stay.
