Copake KOA wants to thank all of our camping guests for helping us win the KOA Presidential Award for 2010 our first year as a KOA and Again in 2011. We appreciate all of your positive feedback and suggestions. Copake KOA has been awarded the coveted 5W/5W rating by Woodalls for the 2012 camping season.

We offer fun for the whole family! We are open for camping from Mother's Day weekend to Columbus Day weekend. Advance reservations may be made anytime. Our Historic Hudson Valley location is a 110 acre property originally developed by Henry Astor. We are located in Columbia County, NY less than two hours from New York City in the Taconic Mountain Range. This is the foothills of the beautiful Berkshire Mountains bordering NY, MA and CT. The entire area is rich in history and fun with hundreds of attractions less than 45 minutes away.

Copake provides the perfect location for relaxation and summer fun in a welcoming environment. Enjoy our many campground activities, sports fields, cable TV and Wi-Fi! Or go and visit one of the many wonderful area attractions such as Catamount Adventure Park or Bash Bish Falls. We welcome RV and tent campers. Make sure to check out our  K-18 Lodges (Deluxe Cabins) , Cabins and Big Rig Friendly 50 AMP Pull thrus. All of our RV sites are full-hookup with 50/30 electric, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi. RV and Boat storage is also available.

We offer a variety of weekly activities and themed weekends for the whole family to enjoy. Come for a night or two, or stay the whole season. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, playing tennis, dancing to the music, joining us for an ice cream social or taking the kids to the game room, you're guaranteed to have a great time at Copake KOA!
